Follow these simple steps to complete your admission process at PCU.

01 Registration

Goal: Capture basic student info and create an account

  • Full Name, Email, Mobile, Password
  • OTP / Email verification
  • Dashboard access after registration
  • Save & Continue option

02 Application Payment

Goal: Confirm intent to apply and collect application fee

  • Show course details and fees clearly
  • Multiple payment options (UPI, Card, Net Banking)
  • Receipt generation and email confirmation

03 PCU Entrance Exam

Goal: Evaluate candidates via online/offline test

  • Scheduling system (slots)
  • Exam guidelines & syllabus in dashboard
  • Automated/manual result processing

04 Merit List Declaration

Goal: Show merit-based selection from results

  • Merit list visible in dashboard
  • SMS / Email notification
  • Filters: course-wise / category-wise

05 Offer Letter

Goal: Allow selected candidates to download offer

  • PDF with e-signature
  • Deadline to accept offer
  • Accept / Reject button

06 Document Submission

Goal: Collect documents for verification

  • ID proof, transcripts, scorecard
  • Upload section with guidelines
  • Status tracker + reminders

07 Final Enrollment

Goal: Confirm admission and reserve seat

  • Final fee payment
  • Seat allotment confirmation
  • Welcome kit / Orientation info
